If you live in an older style property and would prefer to use traditional materials, or simply want to include more detail, hardwood may be your best option, especially as it allows us to include decorative features that are not always possible using UPVC.

If you live in certain conservation areas, the choice may even be made for you.

Express yourself

You can emphasise your originality even further with your choice of finish. Our high-performance coatings are available in any colour you choose.

With Morton, you can be sure that whichever material you choose, your conservatory will provide a safe, secure and comfortable environment for many years to come.

An environmentally responsible material

Because Morton cares about the environment, all of our hardwood is sourced from sustainable Sapele (Entandropragma cylindricum) plantations in west, central and east Africa. This versatile, close-grained, dense hardwood is strong, durable, offers machining flexibilty and can accommodate a wide variety of finishes; it is also naturally resistant to attack from moisture and fungus. Alternatively, other varieties of wood can be supplied on request.
